The vibrating feeder will send raw materials larger than 80mm to the jaw crusher to produce mixed materials 200mm in size. The vibrating screen will sort out particles larger than 20mm. And particles less than 20mm will be transferred to the finished product storage by belt conveyor.

Secondary crushing plant

The plant, with a production capacity of 700t/h, is mainly responsible for processing materials larger than 80mm and part of the materials between 40 and 80mm after prescreening. There are two impact crushers operating at the same time in the plant. Each crusher has a production capacity of 350 to 400t/h. Materials larger than 80mm will be crushed by the impact crusher and then go back to the primary screening plant for gradation. And the mixed materials less than 40mm will go to the secondary screening plant for further screening.

Fine crushing plant

The vibrating screen will devide particles by their size, namely from 20 to 40mm, from 5 to 20mm, less than 5mm and coarse particles. The medium and small sized particles and sand will be directely conveyed to the finished product storage by belt conveyor. And the coarse particles in the mixture will go to the sand-making machine for crushing and reshaping.

Prescreening plant

The screening plants are mainly used to screen, wash and grade materials. The plants include prescreening plant, primary screening plant and secondary screening plant.

The plant has two heavy vibrating screens with a total production capacity of 850t/h. The vibrating screen adopts double deck design. The screen mesh has 75mm*75mm sized holes at the top deck and 37.5mm*37.5mm sized holes at the bottom deck. Materials larger than 80mm will be transferred to the crusher through the shuttle groove for crushing. Materials between 40 and 80mm will be conveyed to the finished product storage by belt conveyor. And materials less than 40mm will be sent to the drum washers( two washers operating at the same time and each with a production capacity of 230t/h). The drum washer will clean off muds and stone powders less than 2mm from the materials. Then these materials will be sent to the primary screening plant. Stone powders less than 2mm will flow to the sand water recycling system through a drainage channel. The stone powders will be recycled after being processed by the system.

Primary screening plant

The plant, with a production capacity of 560t/h, has one circular vibrating screen in it. The circular vibrating screen adopts the double-deck design. The screen mesh has 37.5mm*37.5mm sized holes at the top deck and 19mm*19mm sized holes at the bottom deck. Particles ranging from 20 to 40mm and from 20 to 5mm will be transferred to the finished product storage. The 2.5 to 5mm sized particles will be conveyed to the sand-making transferring storage after being processed by the dewatering screen. Sand powders less than 2.5mm will flow to recycling pool to be recycled after being processed.

Secondery screening plant

The plant, with a production capacity of 700t/h, has one circular vibrating screen in it. The circular vibrating screen adopts triple-deck design. The screen mesh has 37.5mm*37.5mm sized holes at the top deck, 19mm*19mm sized holes at the middle deck and 5mm*5mm sized holes at the bottome deck. The plant is mainly used in screening aggregates that have been processed by medium crusher. Aggregates larger than 40mm will be returned to the prescreening plant. Materials ranging from 40 to 20mm and from 20 to 5mm will go to the the primary screening plant or transferring storage. And those less than 5mm will be directly transferred to the sand screening plant.

Sand screening plant

The plant has a production capacity of 500t/h. Four circular vibrating screens can be found in the plant, which are mainly used to process sand materials produced by two sand-making machines.
